What We Do
Unum Mundum is a IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to furthering digital literacy among youths, both locally and globally. Our mission is to create more widespread access to technology and knowledge to underprivileged youths. Unum Mundum, which translates to “one world” in Latin, is working toward this goal through educational videos, volunteer work, and technology donation drives. Our videos can be found on our YouTube. Our Team

Lara is a junior in high school. She is involved in her school’s volleyball team, Women in STEM club, and DECA club. She is a Congressional Award Bronze Medal recipient. She is passionate about making an impact on the medical field, and she does that through her work with the Caroline Symmes Children’s Cancer Endowment and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising, and hanging out with friends.

Allison Hu

Allison is a sophomore in high school. She is advanced in both violin and viola and is currently in her school orchestra in addition to the Indianapolis Youth Orchestra and Indiana All-State Orchestra. Allison also plays tennis in tournaments and on the school team. She speaks English and Chinese and is learning Spanish. She is involved in Model UN and has won multiple awards. She also participates in DECA at her school. In her free time she enjoys reading, hanging out with friends, and traveling all around the world.

Jewel Wang

Jewel is a senior at Carmel High School with a passion for business, music, and exploring the world. She plays in her school’s band and orchestra, competes in tennis, and loves traveling to learn about different cultures. Her curiosity about global markets fuels her interest in international business, and she looks forward to connecting with others and discovering new opportunities for collaboration.

Jackson Hu
Former President, Advisor
Jackson is a freshman at Purdue University studying Computer Engineering. He is involved in Purdue’s Club Tennis as well as Purdue’s chapter of Engineers Without Borders. In his free time he likes to hang out with friends, watch any sports that are on TV, and travel the world.

Justine Wang
Former President, Advisor
Justine is currently a Senior in high school. She speaks three languages: English, Spanish, and Chinese. She is an accomplished artist and has entered many competitions with her drawings and paintings. She runs the animation club at her school and is also an officer in the Asian culture club and robotics team. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and putting together fashionable and cohesive outfits.
